3 Therefore, with joy shall ye draw water from the wells of salvation.

WE HAVE ETERNAL SALVATION AT OUR FINGERTIPS! Why don't we just think about that from time to time? It becomes so repetitive and I find I can kind of brush it off from time to time because it has become such a familiar idea to me. But MAN that is the most mind blowing blessing we have in our lives. Christ has done literally everything he can to make coming home as easy as he could have possibly made it for us. Through grace he has paved a way so we don't have to trail blaze our own way home. What a blessing.

Living a life with the knowledge of a life after this and the atonement here on earth is one of the greatest blessing I have in my life. I see a noticeable difference in my life than my non-member friends. Most of the time it is simple stuff. But all the simple stuff has made my life much fuller. I feel like I am able to feel a different kind of joy, a deeper joy than most of them are able to experience without the gospel and the knowledge I have.

I think it is also important to note how powerful the emotion of joy really is. Totally different from just being happy or content. Joy, especially the kind we can receive from the wells of salvation, is a special feeling that, at least in myself, I can feel deep within me. It is lasting. I can be happy for a moment, but joy remains with me. I think that living a life in joy is one of the most wonderful things I can strive for in my life.
